Blog Post 6: Considering Some Youtube Commercials
The first video i’m considering is one of the new Old Spice commercials. I thought this commercial used hyperboles, metaphors and many literary devices and it was also pretty funny!
I’m also considering this bud light commercial as well. What I liked about this video as it gives animals human-like qualities and it also uses cliche and different literary devices.
There are a few others that I am considering also. However, I think these two would be pretty cool to write a paper about!

Hi Matt,
These commercials were good choices, I’d seen the Old Spice commercial on some other blogs. They both have a lot to offer concerning style. The Bud Light commercial is hyperbolic and also I think uses a lot of irony in a humorous way- of course we all know you can’t talk to dogs (personification right there.)
